John sits with Scott Guthrie, Corporate Vice President at Microsoft, to discuss the State of Silverlight. Scott discusses the impact of Silverlight applications, including Windows Mobile 7, the history of the releases and what are his favorite features with Silverlight and Windows Mobile 7. Scott talks about how Windows phone and Silverlight together on optimizations as focus than the GPU and its off thread skills and he gives some advice on how to build applications with Silverlight and Windows phone.
